I work in a non - clinical setting at a local fitness and nutrition center and run a private practice as well, to help those long distance / out of state clients. I specialize in sports nutrition, special disease & nutrition (i.e. cancer, heart disease, arthritis, obesity and diabetes), pre-natal and postnatal nutrition, thyroid health and hormone health, as well as adolescent nutrition. My goal is to work with my clients to help them find their best nurtritious lifestyle, that works best for them, and to aid in recovery from diseases, as well as enable a healthy lifestyle with nutrition.

Bryanna strives to treat each client with care that is unique to their lifestyle and current health. She treats every client as their own individual person and tries to understand all aspects of a clients health and lifestyle, to help them make the best choices in their new health journey and to make goals that are both obtainable & fun. Bryanna educates her clients on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and aims to model a healthy lifestyle for her clients.

She has spoke at corporate wellness luncheons and sports events for running and nutrition, as well as operates a blog that is both informational and inspirational.
