Description of Practice :
I began in private practice in 2017 and facilitate individual, family, and couples therapy. I have had extensive training working with individuals with alcohol and drug addiction. Currently, I work with adolescents and adults to address substance abuse issues as well as mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, and poor self esteem. I also work with families to work through conflict to be able to strengthen relationships. My goal is to create a safe space where my clients can speak freely and work towards confidently pursuing personal life goals.

How do you try to make a difference in the lives of your patients?
I do my best to listen to each person I meet with to help them feel validated and comfortable trusting in this process. My goal is to create a safe environment where people feel their information will remain confidential and they feel supported processing life experiences.

The people I have worked with and the mentors I have established have helped mold me professionally and personally. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to create a community outpatient substance abuse program for uninsured adolescents through Bergen Regional Medical Center. The support from my family has also helped encourage me to never settle and always explore more opportunities to grow and better help the populations I work with.
