Sollitto, DPM, MPH, became a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 1977 after graduating from New York College of Podiatric Medicine.  He eventually went on to receive his Master of Public Health degree in 2010 from Columbia University. Over the past three decades, Dr. Sollitto has become a member of the American Medical Association, the American Podiatric Medical Association, New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society, and the New Jersey Medical Society, and a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and the College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedists.  Today he practices at Saddle Brook Surgicenter, Inc., in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.
