What made you choose a career in nursing?
Saving lives and being a blessing to others is my true passion. Each day, I get to live this when I enter the Emergency Room. My job brings me great pleasure and fills my heart with joy. I am pleased. I am very thankful.
What motivates you at the start of each day?
Not knowing what to expect each day. Interesting huh? Change is always happening when you are a nurse. Patients change, staff change, shifts change, medications change...there's always change. This keeps me motivated. And of course, hearing a "thank you" from a patient or a loved one truly warms my heart:)
