Wendell Bulmer

Wendell J. Bulmer, DO, is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. He is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon in both New York and Florida. Dr. Bulmer received his medical degree in 1988 from the University of New England 's College of Osteopathic Medicine, Biddeford, ME.
